It takes 21 days to create or change a habit

Change your ways in 21 days

Do you want to better yourself by changing a bad habit or perhaps want to add a new, positive habit to your arsenal? I stumbled upon Habitforge. This site can help add that extra motivation you are looking for you by checking in with you via email.

You simply create a profile on the site, enter your challenge and each day you will receive an email asking you if you performed the activity. If so, the site will track the 21 days of progress, but if you miss a day the counter starts over at 1.

It certainly won’t do the work of change for you, but it might be just that little bit of external motivation you need to make that change.

Give it a shot… you have nothing to lose, but everything to gain!

Andre Dawson

Andre DawsonMy neighbor, Don and I were discussing opening day of the MLB season and somehow the conversation moved on to Andre Dawson. We were not sure about Andre Dawson’s career.  Don said that
“The Hawk” was an Expos and I did not disagree, but thought he was more of a Cub. It turns out Dawson played with the Expos (1978-1986), Cubs(1987-1992),  Red Sox(1993-1994) and the Marlins(1995-1996).
